Memorial day has come and gone which means that the summer grilling season is officially in full swing. Even if you don’t have a real grill, here are some fun recipes that can even be adapted using a George Foreman or a grill pan in a college kitchen!

Use the grill to make some super easy gourmet style pizza like this pizza margarita or just grill some toppings for this budget friendly hummus and grilled vegetable pizza
Grilled dessert? Say What? Try throwing some fruit on for a twist on a fruit salad from college candy
If you don’t have a grill, try a healthy alternative to burgers with this chicken burger
Make your own pickles as a perfect accompaniment to your burger with these sweet and spicy homemade pickles or some fun quick carrot pickles
Pasta can also be made into a summer dish with some grilled veggies, as in this grilled vegetable summer pasta
Of course, you always need a little refreshment while you grill so try a summer daiquiri on the side
Finally, take some BGSK advice for having a stress-free BBQ. That drink might help, too.
