Celebrate summer! Tomato season comes but once a year-and we pine for it all the other months. Head to the farmstand tonight and buy every variety of heirloom tomato, then go home and get cooking. This tomato-centric three-course dinner celebrates one of our favorite fruits disguised as a veg. If there were tomato wine, we’d pair our dinner with that, and we’re taking suggestions of how to turn tomatoes into dessert!

Actually I was just on Snack Girl’s blog and she wrote about a new soup she made that is a puree of watermelons, lemon juice, tomatoes and other things I can’t remember. It is eaten cold but it looks really good! You should check it out
