Every week we’ll round up some of the best recipes, food writing, cooking tricks and drinking tips that every college student should know about. Here’s what’s cooking in virtual kitchens around the web this week.

It’s the final stretch of school, and with passover and easter this weekend, we have a mix of budget and holiday-friendly recipes for you this week! It’s true, we’ve thought of everything.

You want a little more gourmet, yet still affordable? Try making an asparagus galette with gruyere cheese that will still be friendly on your wallet.

My personal favorite flourless dessert is flourless chocolate cake, and David Lebovitz definitely makes the best one.

Cadbury creme eggs are awesome and now they’re even better in cupcake form!
