Chocolate and beer are already two of my favorite things so combining them and adding a little whiskey can’t hurt to make these Irish car bomb cupcakes.

You have to make some Irish soda bread if you’re going to be baking on St. Patty’s day. Try this grainy recipe, a gluten free option, or, of course, a classic soda bread.

Adding Guinness to anything makes it better, right? Well it definitely does in this Irish beef stew.

Mashed potatoes get a little boring, but here are some other classic Irish potato options that you may not have tried: colcannon and boxty.

It turns out that root vegetables do particularly well in Irish soil, so make some roasted beets and carrots to go with your corned beef.

And if you need some more dessert, try these chocolate irish cream candies or an oatmeal stout cake!
